The aim of the invention is the possibility of obtaining a cake that does not require thermal conditioning before subsequent extraction. Fig. 1 shows a device for pressing oil from refined oil-containing fruits and seeds, longitudinal, cut along the axis of symmetry of a screw press, which has two means for: - channel feeding; figure 2 - section of the device with a cuff; on fig.Z - section A-L in figure 1; figure 4 - section b-Vnafig.1. The device comprises a cylinder 1, a screw 2, mounted in cylinder 1, and at least one means 3.4 for narrowing a spiral channel between screw 2 and cylinder 1 to form sections 3,4 (Fig. 1) on both sides, 6 channels with a height lower than the next along the pressed material from sections 6 and 7 compared to the previous one. The ratio of the height of the channel in its narrowed sections 8 and 9 to the height of the channel in sections 5-7 on either side of the means for narrowing is (1: 3) (1:15).
